Thanks to Beyond School Bells—the Nebraska statewide afterschool network—a comprehensive online toolkit for starting an afterschool program has been made available. Another great resource is the Beyond the Bell Toolkit from the American Institutes for Research (AIR). Maine Roads to Quality offers technical assistance for Maine programs and can answer questions related to becoming licensed and/or accepting childcare subsidy.
